South Fayette Wetland and Trail
located on the campus of the South Fayette High School

The South Fayette Wetland and Trail was made possible by all of the above mentioned partners.  The Rubinoff Company was in need of a wetland mitigation site for their Clair Boyce Project.

The SFCG presented the SFSD with a unique opportunity to bring an outdoor classroom and community asset to the district.

The Rubinoff Company paid for a contractor to create the ponds and perform water quality testing.

SFCG volunteers planted the ponds, built foot bridges and seeded the trails.

Signage for the trails was made possible through a Dominion/Western PA Conservancy Watershed Mini Grant.
