Fish Habitat Project Completed

Thanks to the efforts of the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy, South Fayette Township Public Works and Community Volunteers the log vaning project was completed in 3 days.

Secretary Krancer, PA DEP, visits two AMD sites in South Fayette Township

In May, WPCAMR hosted the Secretary for an engaging and informative tour that highlighted the major challenges that the AMD/AML restoration and reclamation community currently faces.

The SFCG was invited to meet with the Secretary to discuss our past projects, the importance of partnerships in successful projects and to stress the need for continued funding for further water quality improvements.
